Meet the Wall
When you try to open a protected app like Instagram or TikTok, Manaya intercepts it immediately. Instead of the feed, you get the Shield.
How it works:
- The Pause: A 10-second countdown forces you to breathe and reflect.
- The Choice: You can either wait it out, or tap "Not now" to cancel the open.
- The Grace Period: If you wait it out, the app opens. You get a short grace window (usually 4-6 minutes) before the shield goes back up.
